Make sure there is another person at the field with you. There is a first aid kit on the front wall of the clubhouse and one inside the clubhouse.  Call 911 if needed.

Provide the date, time, details, severity, was 911 called, was first aid kit needed.

Tell us details about the incident, so we educate other members.

Tell us if a first kit was used so we can refill it as soon as possible.
